TERMS & CONDITIONS:

**First time customers are entitled to a one time discount of 10% off regular items and free postage for your purchase.

* All our stock are in limited quantity and may not be available upon order

* Please wait for order confirmation from us before making any payment 

* Orders will be cancelled if payment (including postage charges) is not received in designated bank account within 48hours after mail-out of order confirmation

* Goods sold are NON refundable or exchangeable upon payment as we do stringent checks before sending out items

* Colours of actual product may differ slightly from those in photographs due to different lighting

* Sizes are as per printed by supplier

MAKING PAYMENT:

* Upon receipt of order confirmation (via email), please transfer total costs (including postage) to our POSB/UOB account. Account number will be advised through our correspondence.

* Once payment is made, please send transaction reference number, and date of transaction to us via email / facebook message.

DELIVERY MODE:

* All orders will be delivered within mainland Singapore either by mail or courier#.

* Upon receipt of payment, items will be mail out within 3 workings days 

* We will not be liable for the loss of items by normal mail, hence registered post is strongly recommended.

* We will not be liable for any loss of items due to an incorrect mailing address provided. Please make sure the address is correctly typed in your message.

* We will not responsible for any damage might occur during mail process. All items will be checked and tightly wrapped before mail out

#We also provide door to door delivery and you can choose the option for the item to arrive during working hours or after working hours. Delivery charges applies and varies for different location. Will advise the exact price of delivery if you opt for delivery. Prices from $8 onwards.

POSTAGE CHARGES

* 1 item postage costs - S$0.80

* 2-3 items postage costs - S$2

* 4 items and above - postage will be advised according to the weight of items.

* Additional charge for registered mail - S$2.50

WASHING CARE

- Please remember to wash it separately during the first wash to prevent any running of the colors which might stain your other clothes. Machine wash will not be advisable during the first wash. Turning item inside out is also advisable.
